A fabulous hotel, everything was excellent. Staff all very helpful particularly Jay and Sally , both went over and above. Food was so good too

Didn't have an overnight stay. I attended a funeral reception. A very clean venue, courteous staff. The large room we used was very spacious and well lit. Refreshments were well presented. A well stocked bar in the next room. Would happily visit again.
We stayed at this lovely hotel for 5 nights and have been really impressed by everything: location, room, food, and service! We stayed in a suite - well worth the upgrade as we had loads of space, including a separate lounge area and an outdoor rooftop terrace. The hotel is so stylish - loved the dining room and bar area - so cozy and really great decor. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and did social distancing perfectly. The staff were all great - friendly and efficient. The service was excellent all round. We were so impressed with the food - we ate at several highly rated restaurants during our stay, but the Plas restaurant was definitely our favourite. Fantastic choice for breakfast and dinner. Loved the nibbles menu! The outside tables with fire pits are a great idea - we sat out every evening for a drink whatever the weather. Can’t fault this hotel!
We used the restaurant here. Its luxurious and gorgeously decorated. The food was to die for. I'd eat here again and again. The staff were so friendly even the chef came out and made sure all the guests had everything they needed. They apologised for the wait due to a large function being on in another room, but my husband and I didn't notice one! It was a lovely evening
Lovely hotel close to town centre, room was clean and spacious with large ensuite bathroom, complimentary tea coffee and bottled water. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best full cooked breakfast I've had in a long time. Also plenty of other choices for breakfast.
Great location right next to the very pretty Narberth town & very short drive to the very picturesque Amroth beach. The hotel is quite intimate and cosy, we stayed in a standard double room bed was comfortable and clean although the room is in need of a bit of TLC bedside tables and dressing table wooden surfaces on the sticky side plus bathroom getting a bit rough around the edges fixtures and fittings just hanging in there, also advertised feature if flat screen TV was a bit of a laughing point as it would only work for a few minutes at a time just as well we were out mostly. Bonus and saving grace was the fact that breakfast was very good and we were allowed to book in a couple of hours before we were ment to, also it was a fantastic place to stay in walking distance to met up and visit with family!
